Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality company known for its premium services and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences. It operates in various sectors including sports, entertainment, and hospitality, providing catering and concession services in notable venues across the United States. One of Delaware North's key locations is Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where it manages concessions and premium dining experiences for guests attending events, specifically for the Green Bay Packers. The company prides itself on its rich history spanning over a century as a family-owned business and its commitment to fostering growth, development, and career advancement among its team members.

Delaware North is currently hiring a seasonal part-time Food Runner to join their team at Lambeau Field. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding food service to guests. As a Food Runner, you will be primarily responsible for efficiently expediting food from the kitchen and pantry areas to guests in luxury suites, ensuring timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout events. The role requires close collaboration with suite attendants and other team members to maintain smooth and courteous guest service.

This position is hourly, paying $15.00 per hour, not including any tipping earnings as this is a tipped position. Delaware North provides training and mentorship opportunities that help team members grow their skills and potentially advance within the hospitality industry. Working as a Food Runner not only offers a chance to gain valuable experience in event service but also to be part of a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and guest engagement.

The Food Runner role involves responsibilities such as delivering orders to luxury suites during events, assisting with dessert cart service, and supporting suite attendants by bussing tables and handling necessary clean-up after events. In addition to delivering food promptly, Food Runners need to observe guest satisfaction and communicate any needs or concerns to the suite attendants, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This job demands good physical mobility to carry and balance food and beverages on trays, frequent walking, bending, and reaching, all crucial to navigating busy suite areas efficiently.

Delaware North strictly adheres to equal employment opportunity principles and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status. The company provides a wide range of benefits designed to support both personal and professional well-being, which include weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company matching, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

By joining Delaware North as a Food Runner at Lambeau Field, you become part of a globally recognized hospitality firm that operates in iconic sports arenas and entertainment venues, offering a supportive work environment that values every team member. This is an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about guest service, thrive in dynamic settings, and want to build a rewarding career in hospitality.
