The Food Runner position at Delaware North Sportservice is a seasonal, part-time opportunity based at Lambeau Field. This role is essential in ensuring the swift and efficient delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, particularly within the luxury suites during events. A Food Runner at Lambeau Field not only contributes to an exceptional guest experience by ensuring timely order delivery but also participates in maintaining cleanliness and assisting other team members as needed. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, with training and mentorship opportunities that support skill development and future career growth. Working as a Food Runner demands physical stamina and agility, with duties involving lifting and carrying items up to 35 pounds, pushing carts up to 50 pounds, and continuously moving and standing throughout shifts. The skill set required includes excellent guest service capabilities, the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to job procedures and supervisor guidance. The position also requires the capacity to navigate tight spaces and maintain balance while carrying food and beverage trays. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are at least 16 years old, enjoy team-oriented work environments, and are eager to contribute to memorable guest experiences in a storied sports and entertainment setting. Delaware North's commitment to equal opportunity ensures an inclusive workplace where employees from all backgrounds are welcomed and valued.
