The opportunity at hand is for a seasonal part-time Food Runner position at Lambeau Field, a premier sports and entertainment venue. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring food orders are delivered quickly and accurately from the kitchen directly to guests, particularly in luxury suites. This position demands excellent guest service skills, the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests seamlessly.

This role is a tipped position with an hourly wage of $15.00, excluding additional earnings from tips, offering seasonal employment ideal for individuals seeking flexible work schedules. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and ability to push up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift
  • Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and walking up and down stairs as the work duties demand
  • Good mobility to maneuver between tables or within narrow spaces to deliver food to customers
  • Ability to balance food and beverage on a tray while walking around customers and upstairs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

Job Duties

  • Delivers orders from the suites' pantries in an efficient and timely manner to the correct luxury suite
  • Inquire and ensure guest satisfaction during the event by working with the suite attendant
  • Provides quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the dining room and kitchen
  • Bus suites, with the suite attendant’s approval, take empty dishes to the kitchen
  • Cleans off and wipes down the work area and carts at the end of the event
  • Assist other runners or suite attendants as needed
  • Assist dessert carts with restocking/serving desserts during the event
