It is family-owned and operated, with a widespread footprint that spans arenas, casinos, national parks, and entertainment venues worldwide. This broad presence provides employees with diverse career paths and the opportunity to grow professionally in a vibrant and supportive work environment.
Delaware North is currently seeking seasonal part-time Porters to join their dynamic team at Lambeau Field. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth operations by handling incoming stock processing, completing orders for delivery or pickup, inventory management, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting products for quality and damage, operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, conducting physical inventory counts, and ensuring the security and accurate handling of company assets. Additionally, you will prepare supplies and merchandise for delivery and shipment, contributing to the seamless service experience Delaware North is known for.
The company emphasizes the well-being and growth of its team members by offering a comprehensive benefits package. Team members have access to weekly pay, training and development programs, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees can also benefit from health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. These benefits underscore Delaware North’s commitment to providing a supportive work environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.
