The Suites Manager position at Aramark is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of the suites solutions and special events at a specific location. This position leads the suites team in delivering exceptional event experiences and catering solutions that align with customer expectations and service standards. The Suites Manager is tasked with developing suites and premium dining solutions tailored to meet diverse client needs, maintaining effective rapport with clients, and ensuring consistent quality in event planning and execution.
This role requires a leader who is adept at facilitating the preparation and delivery of food and event setup, ensuring that all catering operations comply with banquet event orders and quality standards. The Suites Manager also provides creative input and support to clients for their special events, guiding them through planning processes and offering innovative solutions. A significant part of the job involves training and leading suites and premium employees, guaranteeing that catering and event standards are upheld to ensure high-quality presentations.
In addition to managing events, the Suites Manager is responsible for overseeing staffing, managing labor and food delivery targets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for all suites-related revenue, expenses, and receivables. Recruitment, scheduling, and development of team members fall under this position’s duties to build an effective and motivated workforce. The Suites Manager also ensures strict compliance with all safety policies related to food handling, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

- Requires at least 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Available to work event-based hours
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Develop and complete suites and premium dining solutions to meet customers' needs
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
- Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
- Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients' needs
- Train and lead suites and premium employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
- Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
- Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
- Responsible for execution of stadium events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
- Ensure accurate reporting of all suites related revenue, expenses, and receivables
- Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
