The Suites Manager at Aramark holds a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of suites solutions and special events at a specific location. This dynamic position leads the Suites team to consistently deliver exceptional experiences tailored to customer expectations and service standards. The Suites Manager develops and executes suites and premium dining solutions, manages client relationships, and oversees event planning and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating banquet event orders, facilitating food delivery and event set-up, and ensuring high-quality presentation and service. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing team members, maintaining compliance with food safety and occupational health standards, and managing suites-related revenue and expenses with precision.

Job Requirements
- Requires at least 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Available to work event-based hours
- Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and complete suites and premium dining solutions to meet customers' needs
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
- Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
- Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients' needs
- Train and lead suites and premium employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
- Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
