The Suites Manager role at PNC Park is a vital leadership position that requires overseeing all aspects of suites solutions and special event management within the stadium setting. This role is responsible for ensuring that all suite events and catering deliveries meet and exceed customer expectations regarding quality, presentation, and customer service standards. As a Suites Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, coordinating the execution of diverse events from intimate gatherings to large-scale stadium functions. You will be instrumental in facilitating seamless event operations, including banquet event order coordination, food preparation, staffing, and revenue management.

In this position, the Suites Manager must combine operational expertise with strong people management skills to recruit, train, develop, and schedule a motivated suites and premium dining team. Through effective leadership, you will ensure compliance with food safety, occupational, and environmental regulations, while fostering a positive client rapport. The role requires acute attention to detail to maintain accurate reporting of revenue, expenses, and receivables connected to suite sales and event execution.

Job Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work event-based hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Completion of Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Requires at least 2 years of experience
  • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
  • Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
  • Available to work event-based hours
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Develop and complete suites and premium dining solutions to meet customers? needs
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
  • Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients? needs
  • Train and lead suites and premium employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
  • Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
  • Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
  • Responsible for execution of stadium events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all suites related revenue, expenses, and receivables
  • Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
