The Suites Expeditor role at Legends Global is an essential position within the hospitality team, focused on ensuring smooth and efficient communication between the front of house and back of house operations. This role is pivotal in overseeing the accurate, timely preparation and delivery of food orders, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent guest service. The Suites Expeditor plays a key leadership role in coordinating food runners, managing food presentation, and guaranteeing that orders are executed in the correct sequence to meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary training preferred
- Two to three years working in a fast paced high-end club or restaurant
- Ability to work extended hours including late nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive motions

Job Duties
- Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house while making sure that food is cooked in correct order efficiently and presented correctly to guest
- Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation
- Ensure that proper food temperatures are maintained and items are accurately delivered
- Responsible for safety standards neatness and sanitation of work areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including shelves walls floors and drains
- Participate as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation excellent service and delivery of product
- Handle and clean kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury
- Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards
- Lead the food runners and coordinate accurate delivery of orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
