Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • 1-3 years administrative assistant experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with POS systems
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute accurately
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Work closely with suite owners/administrators to coordinate information for excellent game day experience
  • Answer calls and emails promptly
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered
  • Provide suite owners/administrators with detailed information regarding menus, company policies, practices, and operations
  • Update and maintain the QUEST system accurately
  • Handle all suite owner information confidentially
  • Respond independently to inquiries verbally or in writing
  • Enter orders into QUEST quickly and efficiently
  • Produce daily reports for front and back of house
  • Upsell menu items professionally
  • Finalize billing inquiries
  • Organize data and reports from various sources
  • Maintain positive public relations with internal and external contacts
  • Prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry
  • Maintain suite office equipment and supplies
  • Assist in emergency situations as needed
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
