Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
  • reliable transportation required
  • ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 12 hours
  • availability to work all CU Football games and concerts at Folsom Field

Job Qualifications

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
  • excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • reliable transportation required
  • ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 12 hours

Job Duties

  • Adhere to all state, federal, and company alcohol service regulations
  • set up assigned bar areas including stocking supplies
  • prepare, cure, and store garnishes and juices
  • greet guests warmly and professionally
  • take and process drink orders efficiently mixing and serving beverages
  • verify guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption
  • handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • secure all product and equipment at shift end
  • maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
  • perform routine cleaning to meet health and safety standards
  • carry out additional duties assigned by management
