Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in food & beverage or customer service
- Valid food handling certificate and/or alcohol service permit as required by state regulations
- Basic math skills for handling POS transactions and inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Set up, maintain, and break down food service areas for suites, ensuring all pre-orders and game day service needs are met
- Organize and prepare suite, ensuring timely and high-quality food and beverage service
- Monitor food quality, maintain inventory, and fulfill requisitions
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and accompaniments
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, check IDs, and enforce safe alcohol policies
- Recognize and respond to intoxicated guests, escalating situations to management as needed
- Ensure suites are stocked with necessary serving ware and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace
- Assist with financial closeouts and accurate billing per event
- Follow all company policies, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
