Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in food & beverage or customer service
  • Valid food handling certificate and/or alcohol service permit as required by state regulations
  • Basic math skills for handling POS transactions and inventory reconciliation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up, maintain, and break down food service areas for suites, ensuring all pre-orders and game day service needs are met
  • Organize and prepare suite, ensuring timely and high-quality food and beverage service
  • Monitor food quality, maintain inventory, and fulfill requisitions
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and accompaniments
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, check IDs, and enforce safe alcohol policies
  • Recognize and respond to intoxicated guests, escalating situations to management as needed
  • Ensure suites are stocked with necessary serving ware and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace
  • Assist with financial closeouts and accurate billing per event
  • Follow all company policies, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
