Job Description

Levy is a renowned company specializing in food, beverage, and retail services, with a rich history that traces back 40 years to its founding as a delicatessen in Chicago. Over the decades, Levy has grown exponentially to become a leading presence in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Today, Levy operates in more than 200 venues across the United States, including entertainment complexes, sports stadiums, and high-end restaurants. With a commitment to unbridled creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and a genuine passion for great food, Levy creates unforgettable experiences for its guests. The company fosters an environment where innovation and dedication to service quality are paramount, making it a sought-after employer in the food service sector.

Levy is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Suite Runners at Camp Randall Stadium, one of the premier sports venues located at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour plus tips and an anticipated start date in July. As a Suite Runner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the premium guest experience by ensuring timely and professional delivery of food to luxury suites and club areas during UW-Madison sporting events, particularly football games. This role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to contribute effectively within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Suite Runners act as essential liaisons between the culinary team and VIP guests, ensuring that all food items are delivered with precision, adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and service. You will work closely with culinary expeditors to maintain timely service and collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to uphold service standards. The role also involves completing side work and other duties as assigned to support smooth operations throughout event days. The position demands the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Certifications such as ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Safety are required or must be obtained promptly after starting.

Working at Camp Randall Stadium with Levy also means becoming part of the Compass Group USA family, a global leader in foodservice management. Compass Group is an equal-opportunity employer committed to inclusion and fairness. Employees benefit from comprehensive programs and perks, including early wage access, health and wellness initiatives, shopping discounts, and employee support services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a dynamic and prestigious sporting environment, and those who are eager to contribute to memorable experiences for premium guests in one of the top collegiate sports venues in the country.
