The role of a Suite Attendant at Lambeau Field is an exciting seasonal, part-time opportunity ideally suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering high-quality service to guests in luxury suite settings. Suite Attendants are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of assigned suites before, during, and after events. This includes preparing the suite by stocking supplies and arranging items ordered in advance, attentively serving guests, anticipating their needs, and communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill in-suite orders. In addition to providing outstanding guest service, Suite Attendants must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, such as verifying age for alcohol service and obtaining necessary signatures from suite hosts on any charges incurred. This role requires candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to enhance the overall guest experience.

The position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $7.25 per hour, exclusive of tips, with the potential for additional earnings through gratuities. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
  • previous experience as suite runner preferred
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up of the suite
  • ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
  • ability to withstand variable temperatures and noise levels experienced when moving from hot, noisy kitchen conditions to a climate-controlled dining environment
  • ability to work in confined or narrow spaces if needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
  • anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
  • ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
  • obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
