This role involves engaging with guests to provide fast, friendly, and clean service, whether they are stopping by for a quick coffee, grabbing a snack, or settling in for a meal before continuing their travel journey. Beyond direct guest interaction, team members are responsible for managing and prepping food safely, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurants and travel centers. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food handling preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills
- must be able to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture
- ability to complete accurate sales transactions
- ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- ability to maintain Subway processes and policies
- ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
