The role available is focused on providing outstanding guest service within the restaurant division of Pilot Company. Team members hired for this position will be entrusted with delivering fast, friendly, and clean service, ensuring that every guest interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Duties include managing food preparation safely according to established policies, operating cash registers accurately for efficient sales transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that the entire restaurant environment remains clean and welcoming. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest service or food handling preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
