Job Description

Pilot Company is a leading travel center and hospitality provider known for offering convenience and comfort to travelers across the country. Established with a mission to support truck drivers, commuters, and vacationers alike, Pilot Company has grown into a dynamic enterprise that blends superior customer service with a welcoming environment. The company operates a network of travel centers and restaurants that serve millions of guests annually, providing a full range of services from clean showers and quality food offerings to convenience store needs. Pilot Company emphasizes inclusivity, creativity, and innovation, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere where every team member can thrive. The culture at Pilot Company values diversity and inclusiveness, recognizing that a variety of perspectives fuels innovation and elevates the guest experience.

The role in focus is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about team building, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. The position is hourly, with pay rates starting between $11.38 and $14.88 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive wages. Team members are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring a positive experience for every guest, whether they are a professional driver needing a quick and clean shower, a daily commuter grabbing coffee, or a vacationer seeking their favorite snack. This role involves much more than simply providing service; it’s about creating an inclusive atmosphere and contributing to a team that strives to make every stop a welcoming and positive part of every guest's journey.

Team members have the opportunity to develop their skills and grow within the company, as Pilot Company supports internal training and job rotations across various roles within its travel centers and restaurants. This means that while initially hired for a specific position, employees can expand their expertise and explore different career pathways, making this an outstanding starting point for motivated individuals seeking long-term growth.

The job encompasses a mix of guest service duties, food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of a clean and inviting restaurant environment. Candidates will be expected to operate cash registers accurately, follow strict food safety and quality standards, and maintain the overall appearance of the establishment. Pilot Company champions a guest-focused culture where exceptional service is a priority—every team member must be dedicated to delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service to meet the diverse needs of their guests.

The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay, fuel discounts, free daily meals, low-cost health plans for full-time employees, paid time off, and family leave benefits. There are additional programs that support employee wellness, recognition, professional development, retirement planning, and adoption assistance. Pilot Company promotes equal opportunity employment and encourages applications from all qualified candidates, including military veterans. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment, enjoy interacting with a diverse customer base, and want to be part of a company that values its people as much as its patrons.
