Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year food service department lead capacity in retail or restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours daily
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- capable of bending, squatting, twisting and working in cold environments
- good communication skills
- teamwork and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year food service department lead capacity in retail or restaurant environment
- preferred 1-3 years food service experience
- ServSafe certification is a plus but not mandatory
- strong communication skills

- ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously

Job Duties
- Lead by example to show all store team members and guests what a great restaurant food service program looks like
- work with the Multi Unit/Multi Brand General Manager to build and develop a strong food service program by leading the food operation effectively
- set clear and measurable goals and assume ownership for program efficiency and success
- hold team members accountable and position them for success through training, coaching, delegating and frequent communication
- partner with the General Manager to address team member performance or behavior issues quickly and fairly
- achieve operational excellence by utilizing company operational goals to meet financial objectives
- manage the overall appearance, cleanliness, and brand standard execution of the food service program
- oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and product levels to maintain 100% in-stock to meet guest desires
- manage inventory controls including ordering, receiving, inventorying, and waste control
- ensure compliance with all cleaning and sanitation standards
- communicate with the Brand Manager regarding product quality, food safety, equipment issues, training, and signage needs
- perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
