Job Requirements

  • High school or GED preferred
  • Six months experience as Shift Manager, Assistant Manager or equivalent in restaurant environment
  • National Food Safety Certification required but can be obtained within 60 days of placement
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand or walk for eight hours a day
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Specialized attire and slip-resistant footwear required

Job Qualifications

  • High school or GED preferred
  • Six months experience as Shift Manager, Assistant Manager or equivalent in restaurant environment
  • One year restaurant experience preferred
  • National Food Safety Certification required but can be obtained within 60 days of placement
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable interacting with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Assist the RGM with managing the team’s guest service focus to ensure guests are welcomed and appreciated
  • Assist the RGM with operational efficiencies including transactions, location appearance and sanitization, and stock levels
  • Assist the RGM with selection, training and coaching of new team members
  • Assist with counter, dining room, drive through team and food preparation and safety
  • Execute company processes and programs to ensure consistent guest experience
  • Complete Manager’s reports, product ordering and banking in RGM’s absence
  • Lead by example in execution of company values, programs, processes and policies
  • Coach team to achieve service time, quality and accuracy standards
  • Provide feedback, coaching and direction to team members
  • Prioritize safety for guests and team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
