Job Requirements
- must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment for the NYS Education Department before employment begins
- responsible for fingerprinting fee with reimbursement after 10 days of employment
- availability for flexible shifts
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to work day and evening shifts
Job Qualifications
- experience in building cleaning and maintenance
- knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- understanding of safety and hygiene standards
- good physical stamina and attention to detail
Job Duties
- perform cleaning duties in the upkeep of building interiors
- clean furniture and fixtures
- ensure hygienic and safe environments
- adhere to district cleaning protocols
- work flexible shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm
- comply with fingerprinting and clearance requirements
- maintain cleanliness standards throughout district facilities
