Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Friendly and attentive personality
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain store standards
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
Comfortable using digital transaction and inventory systems

Job Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Spend the majority of time on the shop floor styling and influencing customers
Gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping
Support the store management team to reach sales targets
Sell AllSaints collections to customers
Ensure stores maintain high aesthetic standards
Utilize digital tools for processing transactions and managing stock
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to retain loyalty
