Job Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state or provincial regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding guest needs and performing services efficiently
- Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on computerized register and close-out procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Continuous repetitive movements of fingers, hands, wrists and arms
- Continuous grasping and reaching often above shoulder level
- Ability to be exposed to various chemicals and fragrances
- Ability to observe hair with close vision, color vision and adjustment of focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Job Qualifications
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state or provincial regulations

- Skilled in performing haircuts, color, highlights, waxing and specialty services
- Effective communication skills

- Deliver exceptional guest service by understanding guests needs and providing quality consultations

- Maintain salon cleanliness and light housekeeping
- Attend regular training seminars and recertification to stay updated with trends
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding services offered and their specific requests
