Job Description

CorePower Yoga is the nation’s largest yoga studio brand, boasting over 200 locations across the United States. The company offers digital livestream and on-demand classes and employs thousands of passionate yoga teachers who embody the transformative power of the yoga practice. CorePower Yoga combines the physical and mindful elements of yoga to create a powerful, life-changing experience for its community members. The organization prioritizes a supportive work environment that reflects the balance, empowerment, and inclusive community experienced in its studios. CorePower Yoga lives by its core purpose of powering love from the inside out and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion by welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds, including minorities, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. The company is dedicated to reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process.

The Studio Experience Team (SET) at CorePower Yoga plays an essential role in enhancing the student experience and maintaining the studio's clean and welcoming environment. SET members contribute positively to the community by ensuring the yoga studios are clean, safe, and hygienic, enabling students to fully immerse themselves in their yoga practice. This is a part-time position offering up to six hours of studio shifts per month, ideal for individuals passionate about cleanliness and supporting a positive, serene environment. As part of the SET, members receive a discounted Studio Experience Team All Access Membership, which provides access to unlimited classes (both in-studio and online), retail discounts, buddy passes, and discounts on teacher training programs.

The SET member is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces. They maintain the cleanliness of reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms; organize yoga props such as mats, blocks, and straps; restock supplies including paper towels and soap; and manage waste disposal by taking out trash and recycling. Additionally, they assist with laundry duties and report maintenance or repair needs to management promptly. The role requires a strong attention to detail, independent work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with the team and students. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

CorePower Yoga’s culture is rooted in five core values: empower everyone, practice gratitude, build community, grow forward, and laugh together. These values shape how the team interacts internally and how they engage with students to create positive, connective experiences. SET members embody these values, contributing not just to physical wellness but to the overall mission of personal and community growth through yoga. This role offers individuals the opportunity to deepen their connection to the community and grow both personally and professionally in a nurturing and inclusive environment. By joining the SET, members become integral to delivering the CorePower yoga experience, supporting the company's purpose of transforming lives through mindful movement and community connection.
