Job Description

CorePower Yoga is the nation’s leading yoga studio brand with over 200 locations across the United States, offering both in-studio and digital livestream and on-demand classes. Known for blending intensely physical workouts with the mindfulness of yoga, CorePower Yoga has built a vibrant community of thousands of passionate yoga teachers and students. The company is deeply committed to fostering an environment that values empowerment, gratitude, community building, personal growth, and shared joy. From embracing diversity to creating inclusive spaces, CorePower Yoga tirelessly works to ensure every individual can reach their full potential. The company goes beyond transactional relationships, focusing on the power of human connection to transform lives both on and off the yoga mat. CorePower’s core values are not only guiding principles for employee interaction but serve as the foundation for the company culture and customer experience.

CorePower Yoga's Studio Experience Team (SET) plays an integral role in maintaining the welcoming and serene environment that students expect at every studio location. This part-time position is ideal for those who are passionate about cleanliness and meticulous in their work. SET members are responsible for ensuring each studio is spotless, hygienic, and prepared for every yoga session by cleaning floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and ensuring yoga props and shared spaces remain organized and sanitized. Beyond just cleaning, SET members influence the student experience by helping the studio maintain its high standards of appearance and function.

By joining the SET, individuals become not only caretakers of the studio space but also active contributors to the CorePower community. This role offers a discounted All Access Membership which allows members to deepen their personal yoga practice both in-studio and online, fostering a closer connection with CorePower’s mission. The position requires commitment of up to six hours per month, with shifts that may occur during mornings, evenings, or weekends based on studio needs. SET members must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to adhere closely to the company's time and attendance policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking to support their wellness routine while contributing to a vibrant community environment.

CorePower Yoga supports a culture of continuous learning, personal empowerment, and shared success. Benefiting from retail discounts, access to teacher trainings, and holiday pay advantages, SET members are well-supported as valued team members. CorePower Yoga encourages applications from diverse backgrounds including minorities, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, reflecting their commitment to an inclusive workplace. The company also provides reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities in the application process. Through working as a SET member, employees can experience the transformative power of yoga while helping to expand access to this empowering practice to a broader audience.
