The Studio Experience Team (SET) role at CorePower Yoga is an integral position dedicated to enhancing the student experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of studio facilities. As a SET member, individuals are entrusted with creating a welcoming, hygienic, and serene environment conducive to yoga practice. This position is part-time, requiring a commitment of up to six hours per month, with flexible scheduling that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on studio needs. The role offers a unique opportunity for candidates to deepen their affiliation with the CPY community while receiving a special discounted All Access Membership with access to studio benefits including retail discounts, buddy passes, and discounts on teacher trainings. Key responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting various studio areas such as floors, walls, mirrors, and bathrooms, restocking supplies, organizing yoga props, taking out trash and recycling, performing laundry duties, and reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly to management. Reliability, attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning techniques, and the ability to work independently are critical traits for successful SET members.   • Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment such as yoga mats and props
  • Availability to work early mornings evenings and weekends
  • Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy

Job Duties

  • Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio including floors walls mirrors windows and surfaces
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area changing rooms and bathrooms
  • Ensure that yoga props and equipment such as mats blocks and straps are clean and organized
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels toilet paper and soap
  • Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of
  • Assist with laundry including folding towels and other linens
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio
  • Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy
