Job Description
CorePower Yoga is the nation’s largest yoga studio brand, renowned for integrating an intensely physical workout with the mindfulness of yoga to create transformative experiences for individuals across the country. With over 200 locations nationwide, a robust digital presence offering livestream and on-demand classes, and a community of thousands of passionate yoga teachers, CorePower Yoga is dedicated to making yoga accessible and meaningful to everyone. The company’s mission is embodied in its commitment to empower its people and the communities it serves by fostering a culture that values connection, gratitude, growth, and joy. CorePower prioritizes its employees' experience, recognizing that its team is the heartbeat and driving force behind the company's purpose to transform lives through the power of yoga.
The Studio Experience Team (SET) role at CorePower Yoga is a vital position dedicated to enhancing the student experience by ensuring that each studio remains a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. As part of this role, SET members uphold the company’s core values—Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together—by maintaining the physical space where yoga practice and community converge. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness and attention to detail and who want to deepen their connection with the yoga community. SET members commit to up to six hours of shifts per month at local studios and enjoy the benefit of a discounted membership to further their personal yoga practice.
In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive and serene atmosphere that supports the well-being and focus of CorePower Yoga students. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the studio—from floors and windows to yoga mats and props—and managing supplies and laundry to ensure everything is in pristine condition. You will work both independently and collaboratively, reporting maintenance needs and adhering to CorePower Yoga’s attendance policies, helping maintain a smooth operation within the studio. The opportunity to engage with the broader CorePower Yoga community while contributing to the physical and energetic space that supports mindful movement makes this role both meaningful and rewarding.
CorePower Yoga’s commitment to diversity and inclusion creates a welcoming space for all individuals, reflecting the company’s belief in the power of human connection and community. For those passionate about cleanliness, organization, and yoga, the Studio Experience Team role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a nationwide brand that values not only the student experience but also the growth and well-being of its team members.
