The Studio Experience Team (SET) role is a vital position within CorePower Yoga studios. As a SET member, the individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment to enhance the overall student experience. This part-time position requires a commitment of up to six hours per month managing cleanliness and organization throughout the studio spaces, including reception areas, changing rooms, bathrooms, and yoga equipment. This role advocates for creating a serene atmosphere that empowers students to focus on their practice and fully immerse themselves in the benefits of yoga.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to commit to 6 hours per month schedule varies based on studio need
  • Must adhere to CPY's attendance policy

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment such as yoga mats and props
  • Availability to work early mornings evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio including floors walls mirrors windows and surfaces
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area changing rooms and bathrooms
  • Ensure that yoga props and equipment such as mats blocks and straps are clean and organized
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels toilet paper and soap
  • Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of
  • Assist with laundry including folding towels and other linens
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio
  • Must be able to commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy
