Job Description
CorePower Yoga is the nation's largest yoga studio brand, renowned for providing an exceptional blend of physical exercise and mindfulness. With over 200 locations across the country, along with digital livestream and on-demand classes, CorePower Yoga has established itself as a leader in the fitness and wellness industry. The company prides itself on sharing the transformative power of yoga through thousands of passionate teachers who embody its core values. The CorePower team is fundamentally committed to placing people—employees and students alike—at the center of its purpose. This emphasis on community and connection creates an environment where every individual can thrive both personally and professionally. CorePower Yoga's culture is built on foundational principles such as empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together. These core values guide the way team members interact with each other and the students they serve, ensuring every engagement is meaningful and impactful.
The Studio Experience Team (SET) plays a crucial role in maintaining the welcoming and serene environment that CorePower Yoga studios are known for. This part-time position involves up to six hours of studio shifts per month, where the SET member is responsible for upholding cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout the facility. From disinfecting floors, walls, surfaces, and mirrors to ensuring props like yoga mats, blocks, and straps are clean and orderly, the SET member is integral to creating a safe and inviting space for members to practice yoga. Beyond basic cleaning duties, the role involves restocking supplies, managing laundry responsibilities, and reporting any maintenance needs to management. The position offers a unique opportunity to deepen one's connection with the CorePower Yoga community by granting access to a discounted all-access membership. This exclusive membership allows SET members to take classes both in-studio and online, enjoy retail discounts, benefit from buddy pass access, and receive discounts on certified yoga teacher training programs.
More than just a cleaning role, the SET position is about embodying CorePower Yoga's values and positively impacting the experience of every student who walks through the door. The company seeks reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a pristine studio environment and who resonate with the ethos of empowerment, gratitude, growth, community, and joy. CorePower Yoga also fosters an inclusive and supportive workplace, celebrating diversity and ensuring all team members can reach their full potential. This role is ideal for those passionate about cleanliness and wellness, looking to contribute meaningfully to a vibrant community while deepening their own yoga practice. Supportive benefits like holiday pay, employee assistance programs, and continued education opportunities further enhance the appeal of joining the CorePower Yoga SET team. Ultimately, this role offers not just a job but a chance to be part of a dynamic and purpose-driven organization dedicated to changing lives from the inside out.
