Job Description
CorePower Yoga is the nation’s largest yoga studio brand, renowned for combining the physical rigor of a workout with the mindfulness and spirituality of yoga. With over 200 locations nationwide, alongside digital livestream and on-demand classes, CorePower Yoga serves thousands of passionate practitioners eager to transform their lives through the power of yoga. The company’s commitment to community, human connection, and inclusivity underscores its position not only as a leader in the fitness industry but also as a beacon of wellness and empowerment. At CorePower Yoga, employees are viewed as the heartbeat of the company, emphasizing the importance of a meaningful employee experience that aligns with the company’s higher purpose: to power love from the inside out.
The Studio Experience Team (SET) member plays a vital role in maintaining this welcoming community atmosphere by ensuring each yoga studio is clean, organized, and inviting for every student and visitor. This part-time position requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual dedicated to creating and sustaining a hygienic and serene environment where students can focus on their practice without distraction. SET members contribute significantly to the student experience by attending to cleanliness and studio upkeep, which are essential for maintaining CorePower Yoga’s high standards of quality and care.
Beyond their essential duties, SET members are rewarded with exclusive benefits such as a discounted Studio Experience Team All Access Membership, which allows access to classes both in studio and online. This membership also includes retail discounts, buddy pass access, and discounts on teacher training programs like the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and additional specialty certifications. These benefits underscore CorePower Yoga’s dedication to fostering growth, learning, and community among its employees.
CorePower Yoga’s culture is deeply rooted in core values such as Empowering Everyone, Practicing Gratitude, Building Community, Growing Forward, and Laughing Together. These values are not mere words but active commitments that shape how team members interact with each other and the community they serve. Every interaction is infused with intention and respect, creating a workplace environment that celebrates diversity and encourages all employees to reach their full potential.
The SET role demands flexibility, including availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and a commitment of up to six hours per month. This schedule accommodates the dynamic needs of the studio and its community while offering team members a meaningful role that fits within their lifestyles. SET members must also adhere to CorePower Yoga’s attendance policies and demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
CorePower Yoga is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion. The company supports reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the application process, committed to ensuring every candidate has the opportunity to contribute to their purpose-driven mission. Joining CorePower Yoga means becoming part of a company passionately dedicated to health, wellness, and a transformative community experience that powerfully impacts lives – including your own.
