Job Duties
- Greeting and checking in customers when they arrive at the studio
- Assist with client inquiries
- Educate clients about service offerings, product selection, and membership program
- Manage the schedule and provide creative solutions to problems
- Provide support to service providers
- Reschedule clients if needed
- Participate in defined community outreach events
