Aramark is not just a company, but a community dedicated to excellence in service and supporting each individual to reach their full potential.

The role of Lead Student Worker within Aramark’s food service operations is a vital position responsible for supervising, training, and managing daily food preparation and service activities. This position oversees the production and maintenance of work schedules, ensuring that food items are served safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The Lead Student Worker is entrusted with maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and inventory control. This role requires proficiency in multitasking and the flexibility to fill in for absent employees. Furthermore, the individual will coordinate daily catering events, ensuring timely preparation and delivery while attending food service meetings to maintain clear communication with staff.

Essential to the success in this role is the ability to handle occasional night and weekend catering events, perform cashier duties when necessary, and foster good public relations with customers and colleagues alike. The position demands adaptability as job duties can evolve without notice to meet Aramark’s dynamic operational needs. This opportunity is designed specifically for students at Aramark locations, offering hands-on experience in food service management and operations within a globally respected organization.
