- basic knowledge of coffee preparation preferred but training provided

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages to standard
- provide friendly, efficient customer service to all guests
- operate the register and process transactions accurately
- maintain a clean, organized workstation and restock supplies as needed
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines for equipment and food handling
- assist with cleaning or sanitation of food serving areas
- adhere to safety procedures and sanitation rules
- assist with food service setup and breakdown in dining halls, meetings, events
- provide excellent customer service
- collaborate with other staff or student employees to ensure assigned designation is operating smoothly and efficiently
- assist with answering questions and resolving complaints related to food services
- assist in preparing food and beverage items
- operate kitchen equipment
- operate point of sale system to process orders or payments
- stock and replenish food, beverages, condiments, and other service supplies
- perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
- comply with University policies
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
