Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or 48 months of equivalent experience
  • ability to work monday through friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some weekends
  • eligibility to pass background check
  • strong communication skills
  • experience with customer service or event coordination
  • willingness to engage with prospective students and families
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • experience in event coordination or program management preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • proficiency with communication tools such as email and SMS

Job Duties

  • assist with planning and implementing student programs and services
  • coordinate daily campus tours and group experiences
  • serve as point of contact for campus tour guides and assist with scheduling
  • manage daily tour operations and guest experiences
  • respond to tour and campus visit inquiries via email and SMS
  • manage recruitment material inventory and assist with shipping and ordering
  • plan and coordinate training for student employees and staff
  • act as liaison between students, parents, counselors, and university departments for admissions and enrollment processes
