Job Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in the fall term as a student at the University of Oklahoma
- hiring contingent upon verification of current student status
- must attach fall 2025 one class schedule
- must be able to work multiple variable shifts
- must have good customer service skills
- must be able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with visitors, members, students, and staff
- must practice effective time management skills
- must have the ability to multi-task
- must be able to work in a collaborative/team environment
- must have a strong work ethic
- ability to lift objects up to 55 lbs, and push/pull up to 100 lbs depending on job assignment
- ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and adapt to a large environment with varying temperatures
- climb stairs as necessary depending on job assignment
- exposure to disagreeable conditions such as handling greasy, dirty materials, walking on slippery floors, riding/walking between buildings on campus
- frequent and repetitive arm and wrist movement
- exposure to chemicals and odors
- perseverance both physically and mentally for fast-paced and demanding responsibilities required
- may be required to work during university closings

Job Duties
- Mops, sweeps, waxes, and polishes floors
- cleans and dusts furniture, equipment, etc
- may lock and unlock offices, classrooms, and conference areas
- contacts with others are of a routine nature
- collects and disposes of wastepaper and refuse
- vacuums carpeted areas where applicable
- maintains lavatories and rest rooms in a sanitary condition
- performs related duties as assigned
