Job Requirements
- Current student at DigiPen Institute of Technology
- Eligible for Federal Work Study with an accepted FWS award
- Resident of the State of Washington
- Must provide resume, cover letter, and summer semester academic schedule
- Not permitted to work during any scheduled class time
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week
- Possess good communication skills

Job Duties
- Inform students of available campus resources such as counseling, career services, finance services, academic support
- Handle sensitive information and communication with discretion and confidentiality in accordance with campus privacy policies such as FERPA
- Assist with the use of office technology including computers, printers, copiers, or other services
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies including pamphlets, flyers, and forms
- Ensure visitors follow campus policies and security procedures such as checking IDs or signing in
- Assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all
- Assist with the management of mail and package distribution
- Greet visitors, students, faculty, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude
- Direct students, staff, or visitors to the appropriate department or office
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, or event bookings for student organizations or departments
- Assist other campus departments or staff members as needed in their daily operations
- Accountable for tracking and reporting the amount of time worked
