Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the duration of a shift
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Availability to work in Syracuse, New York area
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service, food service, or retail position preferred
- Able to work well in a team as well as excel independently
- Ability to remain task focused in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift
Job Duties
- Help team members to prepare and serve menu items for a food station
- Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Assist guests as they navigate the dining hall, and answer questions regarding menu offerings
- Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accepting payment for food and beverage purchases
- Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering
- Clean, organize, stock, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
