  • Experience with activities and event planning including event setup like tables, chairs, and equipment
  • Ability to take initiative and perform duties independently and as part of a team

  • Demonstrated ability to enforce and adhere to relevant policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide quality service in various areas of the Student Center including the Office of Student Life, Information Desk, event spaces, and Fitness and Gaming area
  • Work independently to monitor and facilitate activities
  • Report participation highlights and attendance data to supervisors
  • Perform routine maintenance and clean program and workspaces
  • Provide input on campus culture development and education enrichment
  • Report facility and event concerns promptly
  • Provide feedback on improving processes and services
  • Notify proper staff immediately during emergency situations, disturbances, or alarms
  • Adhere to standard closing procedures including floor walkthroughs and equipment shutdown
  • Follow institutional policies and guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
