Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and cash handling procedures
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 50% of the time
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs
- Frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs
- Must adhere to the uniform dress code
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks following established recipes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Friendly and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee
- Make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures
- Advertise the merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials
- Maintain an open line of communication with management informing them of products and supplies needed
- Follow the uniform dress code
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
