Job Requirements
- Licensed as an RN, MD, DO, or PA
- At least 3 years experience in the healthcare industry
- At least 2 years as a CSC Stroke Coordinator
- Prior experience in program management, quality management, neurology and all levels of stroke care
- Working knowledge of AHA/ASA Stroke Guidelines and standards application
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time domestically
- Valid driver’s license and ability to rent and drive a car
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time and maneuver throughout all areas of a hospital from floor to floor, either by stairs or elevator
- Able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds in addition to transporting one’s own luggage for multiple-day travel and push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel with that which is lifted, carried, or transported
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- We conduct pre-employment drug and background screening

Job Duties
- Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team ensuring provider compliance with the guidelines, principles and written instructions established by DNV
- Work independently and in teams to conduct stroke program surveys in healthcare organizations throughout the United States with possibility of international travel
- Provide stroke-related guidance during surveys
- Ensure that survey work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity, and the procedures governing the activity
- Apply analysis and reasoning skills to determine healthcare organizations degree of compliance with applicable standards
- Plan and execute surveys, report the results of surveys and follow-up, as required, within agreed timelines and economic budgets
- Prepare management reports linked to standard nonconformities with potential system vulnerabilities and related organizational risk points
