Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must hold a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- must have a positive attitude
- must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- preference given to applicants who are 21 years or older
- interest in radio
- previous radio or media experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong customer service abilities
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- interest in radio or media preferred
- previous radio or media experience is a plus
- ability to think quickly and adapt to changing event dynamics
Job Duties
- Setting up station events such as raising tents, plugging in sound systems, and putting up signage and banners
- managing the events while in progress by interacting with listeners, leading games, prize wheels, and speaking on the microphone or PA
- successfully communicating with listeners, employees, management at events, and clients
- participating in live remote broadcasts, concerts, festivals, charity events, and station appearances
- assisting in internal company events and conferences as needed
- maintaining a positive and energetic presence at all events
- performing other duties as assigned
