Job Description

Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) is a leading AI-powered observability and security platform dedicated to advancing modern digital businesses by transforming complex digital ecosystems into strategic business assets. Established as a software company focused on delivering cutting-edge AI-driven insights, Dynatrace empowers enterprises globally to automate manual tasks, swiftly resolve issues with pinpoint accuracy, and maintain reliability at scale. This technological excellence ensures companies minimize downtime, make informed decisions, and drive growth confidently in today's highly competitive and dynamic market environment. Dynatrace’s platform serves millions of users worldwide, supporting their journey towards optimizing software performance and security seamlessly.

This job posting is for a post-sales enablement specialist role within Dynatrace’s dynamic team. The position is remote eligible with hybrid work requirements for candidates living within 45 miles of Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; and Denver, CO, needing office attendance two days per week. The role works during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours and offers a competitive salary range from $190,000 to $205,000, depending on experience and location, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, STD, LTD plans, 401K, and paid time off.

In this pivotal role, the specialist is responsible for designing and delivering post-sales enablement events aimed at breaking down silos to foster cross-functional collaboration among Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Support teams. This responsibility extends to ensuring robust and consistent post-sales representation at major company events such as Sales Kick-Offs (SKO) and customer conferences. The specialist owns the strategy, design, and execution of internal enablement events that blend cross-functional teamwork, applied product usage, and real-world customer scenario application.

The core purpose of the role is to build shared ownership across post-sales teams, enabling them to deliver improved customer outcomes through enhanced product knowledge, process understanding, and practical frameworks. By embedding product usage within realistic and immersive scenarios, the role helps strengthen hands-on execution capabilities. Additionally, it strives to improve alignment across various roles and workflows, smoothing transitions and handoffs to deliver consistent and cohesive customer support experiences.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process of D1 enablement events globally and regionally, not just focusing on logistics but being accountable for actual outcomes. This involves defining event objectives in partnership with D1 leadership, crafting clear agendas and session designs, and leading in-person event logistics with vendor and procurement support. The role also requires designing outcome-driven agenda formats tailored to D1 priorities, emphasizing alignment, capability building, and enhancing cross-team collaboration rather than passive content delivery alone.

Facilitation is a critical skill, as the specialist will energize sessions, workshops, and group discussions to promote engagement and participation. Acting as an on-site lead during events, they ensure smooth flow, appropriate timing, and that attendee experiences meet strategic goals. The job also requires close collaboration with various D1 stakeholders to align content and speaker engagement with D1 priorities, messaging, sales narratives, and the broader enablement cycle.

Continuous improvement is embedded in this role through capturing insights, feedback, and event outcomes to refine future event design, content, and overall impact. Regular travel is expected to support internal and customer-facing events across regions, making flexibility and readiness to travel important aspects of the position.

Why join Dynatrace? Beyond competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, the company offers a unique environment fostering innovation and creative collaboration with a globally diverse team. Dynatrace promotes professional growth through a bespoke career development program, values unconventional ideas, and supports a truly international culture. Employees benefit from additional perks such as mental health support, wellness days, flexible work models, employee stock purchase plans, volunteering days, and regular team events celebrating culture and inclusion. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, innovative software company dedicated to revolutionizing digital business operations.
