Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in event management and enablement
- Strong understanding of post-sales processes and customer conversations
- Ability to work EST hours and travel regularly for internal and customer events
- Willingness to work hybrid schedule if located near Boston, Detroit, or Denver offices
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate sessions confidently
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management with delivery of multi-day, multi-session events
- Background in post-sales enablement with strong understanding of customer messaging and positioning
- Ability to design event agendas that drive engagement, collaboration, and learning outcomes
- Exceptional facilitation skills with the ability to energize and create meaningful interaction
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex, global event coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Job Duties
- Design and deliver post-sales enablement events that foster cross-functional collaboration and break down silos
- Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of internal global and regional enablement events
- Define event objectives with leadership and translate them into clear agendas and session designs
- Lead event logistics and in-person execution while managing vendor and procurement partnerships
- Design interactive session formats that promote problem-solving and understanding of cross-functional workflows
- Facilitate high-impact sessions, workshops, and group discussions to create engagement and participation
- Capture event insights, feedback, and outcomes to continuously enhance future events
