Job Description
Fever is the world’s leading tech platform dedicated to culture and live entertainment, committed to democratizing access to unforgettable cultural experiences worldwide. The company harnesses proprietary cutting-edge technology and a data-driven approach to revolutionize the way people engage with live entertainment. Each month, Fever's platform inspires over 300 million people across more than 55 countries to discover unique events and experiences, simultaneously empowering event creators with valuable data and technology to help them scale, innovate, and reach broader audiences. Fever collaborates with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, delivering international award-winning experiences and supported by several leading global investors.
Within this dynamic and innovative environment, the role of Strategic Event Operations Manager is being established to lead the design and execution of some of Fever's most complex and high-impact global events. The position offers full operational ownership from the early stages of event conception to final execution, emphasizing autonomy and strategic thinking. These are not ordinary events but complex productions that involve large partners, new event formats, and unique operational challenges that often require custom-built solutions. The successful candidate will not only execute but fundamentally design how these events are operated, shaping operational strategies that set benchmarks for the industry.
This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguous environments, exercises high ownership, and comfortably builds structure where none exists. The Strategic Event Operations Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams, ensuring alignment and seamless execution. This position offers an attractive compensation package including a base salary of 70,000k-74,500k with performance bonuses, a home office-friendly work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership exposure. Fever provides a vibrant and inclusive workplace with a young, international team and a host of benefits including health insurance, gym membership, and flexible remuneration with tax advantages.
