Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- experience in event coordination within a retail environment
- strong organizational and project management skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work collaboratively across departments
- creative and analytical thinking
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly
- capability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to travel up to 50 percent
- physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders

Job Duties
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with the store's goals and brand image
- oversee all aspects of event planning including concept development, logistics, vendor partnership, staffing, execution, and administrative tracking
- manage event budgets, schedules, rentals, materials, and vendor contracts effectively
- collaborate with store management and partners to set event sales goals and integrate events into daily store functions
- use clienteling tools and influencer partnerships to promote events
- analyze event performance and provide reports with recommendations
- identify market and external opportunities for event outreach
- execute tasks to support event setup including product selection and point of sale equipment setup
- foster an environment of acceptance and respect to strengthen relationships
