Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
Basic math skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
ServSafe certification
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude
Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
Acceptable verbal English communication skills
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
Enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
Available to work at least 35 hours a week
Open weekend and holiday availability

Job Duties

Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful and above and beyond assistance
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized storefront area
Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional manner
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Follow detailed instructions in making smoothie, coffee and tea drinks
