These positions focus on customer interaction, product knowledge, and helping customers gear up for their next adventure.

Beyond sales, there are critical roles in logistics, merchandising, and operations that support the smooth running of each store. These include Asset Protection Team Members, Custodians, Inventory Control Team Members, Merchandising Team Members, and Receiving Team Members.
