Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting moderate weights
- demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sports and outdoor activities
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of sports and outdoor products considered a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- greet customers and assist them with product selection based on their needs and preferences
- maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant shopping environment
- operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately for cashier positions
- support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves and arranging displays
- participate in inventory control by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies
- adhere to asset protection policies to safeguard store assets
- collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service
