Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama
  • high school diploma or GED or at least 6 months of related on the job experience
  • minimum 3 months of cashier experience
  • ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • must have dependable transportation

Job Duties

  • providing a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
  • responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns
  • assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
  • operating cash register
  • ensuring fuel and merchandise is available for customers
  • maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
  • helping lead the team to exceed the stores performance goals and objectives
  • performing job related duties as assigned
  • providing backup duties in the absence of management including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees
