Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Cash handling skills
  • Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • Assist professional drivers using the Reserve-It parking program with arrival and parking procedures
  • Provide general information and customer service to travelers
  • Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and fuel islands when not assisting with parking duties
  • Follow established customer service protocols as outlined in Operation Manuals
  • Prioritize work based on customer and management needs
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and report unsafe situations involving employees or customers
  • Communicate effectively and build rapport with management and co-workers
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
