Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Good verbal communication skills
- Cash handling skills
- Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Assist professional drivers using the Reserve-It parking program with arrival and parking procedures
- Provide general information and customer service to travelers
- Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and fuel islands when not assisting with parking duties
- Follow established customer service protocols as outlined in Operation Manuals
- Prioritize work based on customer and management needs
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report unsafe situations involving employees or customers
- Communicate effectively and build rapport with management and co-workers
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
