Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to follow safety protocols
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist professional drivers who use Reserve-It parking program with arrival and parking
  • Provide general information to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness of parking lot and fuel island
  • Follow customer service sequence as outlined in operation manuals
  • Prioritize work according to customer and management needs
  • Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations
  • Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers
