Known for its entrepreneurial spirit and customer-first approach, Insomnia Cookies fosters a dynamic work environment driven by creativity, passion, and continuous growth.

The Fairfield, Connecticut location is currently seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join this fast-growing company, offering a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting expansion. The role also demands managing inventory control through regular audits, developing creative local marketing initiatives, and orchestrating in-store recognition programs and contests to motivate the team and engage customers.

The ideal candidate will bring more than three years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment and exhibit a player-coach leadership style with a benevolent approach.
