The role centers on managing daily operations by hiring, coaching, and developing a diverse part-time hourly team that includes Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers. The successful candidate will lead service components focusing on delivering stellar food quality, engaging customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and fostering employee friendliness. Instilling a strong culture of excellence that prioritizes cookie quality, exceptional customer service, and reaching sales targets is paramount. This position also involves managing inventory controls, driving local marketing initiatives, and creating competitive incentives such as in-store recognition programs and contests.

Ideal candidates will bring 3+ years of management or leadership experience within restaurant or retail settings. They must be available to work mid-to-late shifts primarily from Thursday through Sunday, and possess a benevolent leadership style with a player-coach approach to managing the business. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service is essential. Technical proficiency with restaurant or retail business software, including MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems for hiring is required. Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus, but not mandatory. Job Qualifications

  • Solid technical acumen regarding restaurant/retail business software
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
  • Experience hiring employees using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
